Hey everyone! I was recently interviewed for a newspaper article in St. Joseph Missouri about dehydrating foods! Faster Videos, faster site!

Hi everyone! We just completely switched to our new server! After tons of research we picked the best server for us, it is way larger so we wont worry about bandwidth... ever. Also it is 100 times faster! The videos should all be loading very quickly and not be choppy. Keep in mind that part of the speed factor is dependent on your own computer, if your using a dial-up connection for example i can't really help you too much with speed. This also means we can upload better quality videos (larger sizes) without problems! So let me know what you think of the new speed in this Blog, I hope everyone finds the videos much easier and more enjoyable to watch. PS. when switching servers it takes a couple days to reach every 'part of the internet' so to speak. So if the videos don't get any better try again tommorow, and if not from there it may be that your computer connection isn't fast enough for large streaming video download. Thank You - The CameraMan

Hi everyone. Since the launch of the site there have been two instances where the site has been down due to "bandwidth issues". Bandwidth is the amount of information allowed to pass on the internet by your site at any given time. It is determined by a package you establish with your server. Not to worry! The site is not defective or malfunctioning, it is simply running out of space to hold all our viewers! This is no problem now, we have dramatically increased our bandwidth, and we are always monitoring. If it occurs again we will have it fixed shortly. Enjoy the Site! -Steve-
