I wanted to dehydrate some tomato paste for long term storage. Have you ever tried this? I dehydrated a can of tomato sauce it looks like a leather. How should I store for long term.

Thank you so much for all the videos & information. I wouldn't have attempted dehydrating my garden veggies this year if not for all your info. Now thanks to you I recently dehydrated a bushel of green beans & am waiting on the second bushel to be ready. I've also dried lots of bell peppers, some carrots, peas, corn, summer squash, and some other veggies. I love dehydrating. Thanks again!
