Thank you for your educational videos, they have been so helpful.
Meal planning is SO much easier and economical since I've discovered your site about a year ago. Thank you for the recipes and videos! Keep them coming!
Thank you for the wealth of information. I hope to bel able to share my knowledge with others around me.
I too want to thank you for all you are doing to teach other's how to preserve foods for the future. I believe I will try much more dehydrating now that I have found your website/blog. I am looking forward to trying some of your recipes as well.
Thank you for all you do.
I found your website on self reliant moms and I just can't stop watching your videos. I have 4 kids under 5 and they love roll ups and dehydrated fruits. My dehydrater is small and has the fan on the bottom so I will have to check out the excalibur. Please keep doing what you are doing you make it very easy to follow and I love that.
Just started dehydrating. Bought a less expensive dehydrator to try and see how I like dehydrating. Love it. Love your videos. Would love an excalliber but have to save up. Find your storage, packing tips very helpful. Am following them. Also am trying to garden. Visiting farmers market more. Looking for those price breaks to extend my food budget. It is getting hard.
I heard you on Jack's show and it was awesome! Thanks for such a great and educational site!
I have this older model dehydrator by Vita Mix called a Harvest Savor. I bought it many, many years ago, but never used it. No, not once. But, after watching your videos I am really motivated to start dehydrating. So, tomorrow I am going to try to dehydrate some zuchinni and yellow squash. This dehydrator has 20 tiers to it. I just plugged it in...and I am excited. It works. But, tomorrow will be my first day.
I went to the shopping mall and I also purchased the PRO Food Savor and I also purchased the APPLE peeler...So, I am set to start my long term and short term food storage program and also try out all of this great recipes.
Thank you for your videos...I found you on YouTube.
Bless you! Bless you! Bless you! Your videos and suggestions are just what I have been seeking. Started my first dehydrating project this morning: portobellos and roma tomatoes.
This site is absolutely AWESOME!
Your information is a real blessing. Thank you for taking the time to give so much information (free). I am excited about getting started in the dehydrating program.
Thank you, thank you.
i am in for the long haul. This site has been such a blessing. I go to the stores and there is less and less on the shelves. I am excited that my food will no longer be wasted, and I can store for years if done properly. Did you say that rice and beans needed no preparation? Just vacume pack and seal? So many questions so little time.
God Bless all of you.
Just discovered this site. LOVE IT! I do all raw foods. Just now learning about dehydration. Thanks
it's 8pm CST April 1, 2010 and this link does not work..
