  • 1 cup Dehydrated mashed potatoes
  • 3/4 cup Boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Add 3/4 cups of boiling water over potatoes in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Let stand for 15 minutes.
  • Place in microwave oven for 1 or 2 minutes.
  • Add butter, salt, pepper and enjoy!
